FreePOPs es un programa de fácil instalación, que permite acceder a una gran variedad de recursos a través del protocolo POP3.
Sobre todo, se puede utilizar para descargar correo desde los más conocidos servidores de correo web, pero también sirve para agregar información de los servidores RSS y mucho más. De esta forma, es posible obtener los mensajes de tu servidor de correo y leerlos en tu cliente de correo electrónico favorito (Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.).
